About Serve-U-Appliance
Serve-U-Appliance runs an appliance counter on East Valley Parkway in Escondido, California. The online range is the same stock, written up the way we would explain it to you across the counter.
Plain descriptions, on purpose
A product description should answer three questions: what is it for, what is in the box, and what do I do if it is wrong. Most listings on the internet answer none of them and pad the gap with adjectives. Ours are written to answer all three in the first few lines, and if a product cannot be described in two sentences it does not go up.
What is in the box
This is the question we field most often at the counter, so every listing carries the contents — attachments, spare blades, storage cases, whatever the manufacturer includes. Where a machine takes accessories that are sold separately, the listing says that too rather than leaving you to find out on delivery.
Shipping, and where we ship
We ship within the United States only; there is no international service, and the shipping policy page says so plainly. That page also carries the free-shipping threshold, the flat rate below it and the handling window. Returns are covered on the return and refund policy page.
Speaking to the counter
Our contact page has the Escondido phone number, the email address and the opening hours. The counter is a small operation, so messages are answered in the order they arrive — usually within one business day.
